Credit Cards:
Any tax fees will be included during your credit card transaction, which is processed and secured by our third-party billing services (Paypal and Google Checkout).
The following credit cards are accepted by the third-party billing services utilized for payment online at ilenesgatorstore.com: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At this time, we cannot accept payment by check, CODs or gift certificates.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.
We do not collect your credit card information.
Sales Tax:
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Florida. For all Florida orders a sales tax of 6.00% does apply.
Check Order Status:
You may check the status of your order by logging into your Ilene’s Gator Store account and clicking on the My Account tab. You cannot check your orders status unless you have an online account.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has been approved and shipped.

Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
