Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Standard orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Florida. For all Florida orders a sales tax of 6.25% does apply. If sales tax does apply to your order, the amount will be included during your credit card transaction
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal and Google Checkout.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Free shipping on all orders!

A: We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. We do not collect your credit card information. When placing an order, your credit card transaction is processed and secured by our third-party billing services (Paypal and Google Checkout).
Q: Why do we use Paypal and Google Checkout?
A: Many people are hesitant to provide credit card information over the Internet. That’s where PayPal and Google Checkout comes in. They are two of the most widely recognized independent third party companies which specialize in processing online credit card transactions.
When you make a purchase with us, you have security because only PayPal and Google Checkout, not Ilene’s Gator Store, is provided with your credit card information. We want your online shopping to be safe and give you the peace of mind that your purchases here are entirely safe and secure.
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns/exchanges for apparel items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Ilene’s Gator Store does not accept returns on jewelry or fashion accessories. All jewelry and fashion accessory sales are final. Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services but we hope to in the near future.
Q: How do I receive the Ilene’s Gator Store monthly newsletter?
A: Each month we send out an Ilene’s Gator Store online newsletter to your email address. The newsletter is a great way to find out all the latest products and news. Therefore to sign up to the newsletter, go to the home page and enter your email address in the bottom left hand hand box.
